“A stay which was little expensive”

Location was good.

Decent resort. Lovely private beach (quite shallow and lots of seaweed). Large rooms. Fabulous spa providing professional massages at reasonable prices.

I booked this hotel as it was recommended in the lonely planet guide. Closer to our arrival I had a closer look at the reviews on booking.com and was shocked. We were very apprehensive about our stay but it was too late to cancel our booking so we went and hoped for the best. The room wasn’t too bad. It had very good aircon and It was clean but quite dated. We had a room with pool access and the balcony was nice with a good lounge bed and cushions. The bed was quite soft. Rooms were cleaned daily and staff were very nice. They had a good hairdryer in the room and there were lots of complimentary products in the bathroom. The pool was better than we expected. There were cracked and missing tiles but it was clean (maybe too much chlorine in the water) and a great size. The gym was small but they had a good selection of free weights and a treadmill and bike. It was air conditioned too. Location on the beach was great. The beach was really good. Lovely clear water and soft white sand. It was close to lots of restaurants and shops.

Lovely and friendly staff, absolutely the best service! They answered all my questions kindly and were always ready to help. I stayed for 5 more day… The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety to choose from. There are even two swimming pools – a perfect spot for peace and quiet, ideal for recharging and escaping the noise of everyday life! I can only recommend it!

“Disappointing and Disturbing Experience”

Disappointing and Disturbing Experience This was our second stay at the hotel, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. We came with high expectations based on our previous visit, but sadly, this time the experience fell far below what we had hoped for. The room we were given was in poor condition: there were noticeable stains on the bed and the chair, the walls were peeling, and the air conditioning barely worked – which made our stay uncomfortable, especially in the heat. We expected a much higher standard of maintenance from a hotel of this level. The most disturbing part of our stay occurred while we were dining at the hotel restaurant. Out of nowhere, a green snake approximately 1.2 meters long fell onto me and our table – directly onto the food. This was a terrifying and traumatic experience. Unfortunately, the staff did not offer any compensation or even a proper apology. Instead, we were told, “It’s good luck,” and were still charged for the meal – despite the fact that we barely touched our food after the incident. We left the hotel feeling deeply disappointed. What was meant to be a relaxing getaway turned into a stressful and upsetting experience. We sincerely hope that hotel management takes this feedback seriously, as this kind of experience is absolutely unacceptable and does not reflect the standard of service expected from a place that claims to care for its guests. Regrettably, we cannot recommend this hotel after what we went through.

Great location, quiet, just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the main town, which was good because we were travelling with children . The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The free taxi service was very helpful.

Staff at reception when we left as so moody and rude. She made us feel ike never to return again.

“Alright but there are better places than this resort …”

In general is the resort alright but you have to be aware that there are barely sunbeds at the beach. In addition everything is quite old and it seems like that no one is taking care of the resorts equipment. Some of the employees are very friendly while others are impolite.

Hotel located on a beautiful beach. But the pools need renovation. Nobody used them, and that says something. Service very nice. But for this price I expected something more.
