“Total luxury”
The staff were absolutely exceptional and assisted with absolutely everything, even organising an 8hr transfer to our next location at a price lower than I could find online. The property itself was immaculately maintained and could not be faulted. Would absolutely recommend as a place to rest a few days. Mrs Duong spoke English well and assisted us on our every request at any time of day, making our stay very special.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Meliá Vinpearl Cua Sot hotel for three nights, and I must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beauty of the villa I stayed in. However, what truly stood out during my time at this hotel was the exceptional staff, with Ms. Na being an absolute gem. Her warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease, and throughout my stay, she went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Ms. Na was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and provided invaluable assistance with various aspects of my stay, from arranging transportation to suggesting local attractions and restaurants. Great location and lovely people. Loved the pool and enjoyed the cocktails, just wish we could have stayed longer.
