Room large and comfortable. Wooden sculptures everywhere very impressive. Staff helped with bookings to Phu Quoc. Would totally recommend

Nice spacious room. Heated water available for tea. Shower was recessed and did not soak the bathroom like most in Vietnamese homestays. Good airco. Outdoor seating available for use. Owner was helpful when we needed to book a taxi.

We liked that the room was spotless. We were greeted warmly. We had a good sleep and left in the morning to catch a bus to Ho Chi Minh. Perfectly located near bus station.

Beautiful building, huge room. Super quiet, had a great sleep. Bed comfortable, wifi great. Water cooler in room was a nice touch Guesthouse is over the bridge from town proper, but its a pleasant walk to pick up supplies.

Lien was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I stayed for two nights then Lien arranged all of the transport for my trip to Cambodia. She even let me leave most of my stuff with her as I was only away for two nights. When I returned I stayed another three nights. The room was huge, spotless and had everything I needed. The garden is a lovely place to sit in and relax. Great location near boat for Phu Quoc, scooter rental available. Ha Tien is a nice town to explore with some lovely tree lined back streets. I definitely recommend staying at this lovely homestay!

“Beautiful bedroom, kind staff, peaceful, excellent location and WiFi”

I enjoyed my stay here so much that I extended it for another night! The bedroom is huge with a big bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, fridge and its own water font to give you hot or cold water. It's one of the most peaceful places, and the owner will do whatever she can to make you comfortable and speaks some English. The WiFi was excellent, between 20-40 Mbps. There are 2 great, cheap restaurants, one around the corner and the other one is the first one right opposite on the main road with hammocks and your own wooden cabin. It's very close to the ferry terminal and there's a shop a few doors away as you exit the building to the left that sells a bit of everything. Her whole house is extremely clean and beautifully decorated with the best wooden doors I've seen! I love the fact that she takes care of 3 dogs who never bark nor trouble you. Thank you so much for everything. If you're in Ha Tien I highly recommend this place, as I looked at others which had reviews about being noisy, poor WiFi etc!

No windows, no staff at check-out. Smell of urinal cakes everywhere in the room. We found at least 8! Still have the smell on our backpacks :-( Could not breath there during night :-(

Easy to find. With a big beautiful garden, and a nice cool lobby. Owners are very friendly. Spacious and clean room. With free drinking water machine, good aircon, even a fan in the bathroom. A big wardrobe. A 10-minute walk from the ferry and another 10-minute walk to the bus station. Perfect for a one night transfer stay. Ha Tien looks like a nice little place, wish we had more time to explore.

The room was really big. The bed was big and confortable. AC worked well and there was a fan also. There was a drinking water machine.

Clean,big room. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Cold,hot water and air conditioner. Friendly personal. It was a funny thing-When I needed to move out, before 6 o'clock, the doors were closed, and everyone was still sleeping.

Cleanest room we have had since arriving in vietnam. The lady here was lovely and helped us to order taxis etc, lovely. Can walk here from the ferry from phu quoc.

Hospitable hosts. Spacious, clean room with everything you need. A bit far from the center on foot but that's not a problem. A good place to stay one night before leaving for Cambodia. Thank you for the welcoming
