“Basic and Overated”
Staff is helpful and friendly. Location is great but ONLY for activities on the beach in the DAYTIME! Everything is closed after 6 PM and you have to go to the city for food. The room is quite small and basic.

“Do Not Stay Here - Fake Reviews”
Who is writing all these 10/10 reviews !! They are bogus !!!There was nothing we liked about this property and we checked out after a couple of hours. When we first arrived in taxi there was a boom gate with a guard to the town and the taxi could not enter so we had to get out and walk. The guard at the boom gate who did not speak English demanded money for a “ticket to the town” which we refused to give as we could see the hotel about 100m away. We ended up just walking away from him down to the hotel where we found the person at hotel asleep on a mattress on the floor behind the front desk. Even with google translate it was very difficult to communicate with him. The town is a ghost town and was literally deserted (please note it is not Ha Tien) there was no traffic, no people, no shops and nowhere to buy food or eat. It was creepy !! There was a beach but no one was on it and I think we saw maybe only 3 local people outside on our walk around the town. It was very strange ! The only reason I chose this property was the booking.com reviews which I now know are 100% false - 0/10

“Excellent location”
The location is right in the centre of the tourist attraction & the bed is very comfy. The hotel also caters for luggage storage after checkout which is very important for our late flight.
