Very good location. Close to the city center. The room was quiet and clean. Very friendly staff, especially Mindy. They arranged transportation for me and recommended good restaurants. I recommend this hotel.

all was great , hotel in the center of everywhere of this little town, worth to stay before rushing to Phu Quoc, what most people do, and it is pity

“perfect for the price!”

The staff were lovely, they were very helpful and even showed us some videos of sights we should see on our day trip we were planning to take on our bike. The place is good value for money. It is basic, but we were happy given the price. Its also not terribly loud, despite being close to town.

I had a few mosquitos in my room even though it had no windows.

Stayed one night there before moving to Phu Quoc. Very central location, lots of restaurants and food hawkers there. Ferry terminal is opposite the river, however you need a ride to get there easily. I was happy in Happy Hotel!

We arrived really early in the morning and went to number 2 hotel not realizing there were 2 , they organized to fetch us and we were allowed to check in Early , extremely courteous and helpful , very friendly and so convenient for the ferry port for the boat to Phu Quoc . Everything worked great .

Cheap, the staff is nice, the location is quite good. Very nice shower with hot water, pressure, and clean.

Friendly staff that made our family stay so enjoyable in Ha Tien. Great recommendations from front of house staff as well; showed us all the local eateries to try. They were all a hit. Air conditioning was very strong so that made our stay very pleasant. Great location also, close to the markets.

Good for an overnight stay. What it says on the tin. It is very easy to go to with the Futa bus and 10 min walk to the Cambodia border crossing departure office.

“Great location for short stay before heading to Phu Quoc”

We stayed just one night before heading to Phu Quoc but was a great location in the town and good value. Staff were helpful and sorted us a taxi to the port.

Close to superdong ferry terminal, great views from the balcony for the enormous thunder/lightening storm at night 🤣. Also, hotel had a generator, so even when the power went out across Ha Tien because of storm we still had air conditioning (thankyou!)
