This guest house is very good for its cost. It is like an hotel apartment type. There is a regular electrical fan and a TV with Armenian satellite channels. Washing machine is available for 500 drams / ~1.5 USd

Great value for money. We had everything we needed. The place was very close to the train station and about 20min walk away from the city centre.

Very nice owner and staff. Very clean. Huge bathroom and shower! Nice breakfast served in the room.
