I stayed in the family suite in December 2025. It's is a beautiful one bedroomed apartment in the centre of Gyumri, exquisitely furnished and decorated and with a well equipped kitchen. There was a generous welcome pack of cake and fruit from Marina (the host) and complimentary teas and coffee. Marina was available by WhatsApp and helpful and responsive to queries

“Authentic dream atmosphere”

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. If only we'd had a few more days, we would have stayed longer in Gyumri, given the owner's hospitality and the beauty of the apartment. We loved the accommodation and it gave us the opportunity to visit all the nearby places we were interested in. Marina, the owner, was incredibly kind from the first contact, demonstrating great attention to everything, even the smallest details. She was exceptional with our daughter.

The location was great, as was Marina. She went to a huge amount of terrible to make everything look good and to help us feel comfortable. There were delicious cherries and pastries on offer. A lot of space was great, like the spacious shower

The owner Miriam is such a nice lady and her place is hands down the most beautiful place we have visited in Armenia. Her taste is exquisite. Not to mention a nice little surprise of a tea party as a welcome gift. We travel with two little girls and she stole their hearts with cookies, fruits and chocolate. Place feels autentic and we loved it.

Staying in the apartment Hye Aspet is like stepping back into the time Gyumri was called Alexandropol. Everything in this spacious, historical accomodation is beautiful. The walls of basalt stones, the furniture, the decorations. The owner Marina renovated the house with attention to every detail, yet the bathroom is luxurious, tastefull and modern. I will never forget the time I spent here. Thank you so much Marina!

I had a wonderful stay at Gyumri, a charming boutique hotel that showcases the local culture and art. beautiful Marina was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious ,comfortable, warm, unique and like you stayed in a beautiful Art space.The hotel is also located in the city center, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience the authentic and vibrant spirit of Gyumri.

It is the most atmospheric and authentic place in which I have ever stayed. All the details of the design are so well thought! The design is astonishing.Moreover, it is made convenient for life: a cooking panel, bed light, everything for cooking, etc. Marina, the owner, is the sweetest! Her idea with serving cookies and fruits like for the royal family is stunning. Cookies are the best, btw. As a conclusuon, the most important to do in Gyumri is staying in Hye Aspet.

Hye Aspet is probably the best hotel in Gyumri. The owner, Marina, was an exceptional host. We were lucky enough to stay in both of Hye Aspet's rooms, the Suite and Family Suite - and were even treated to specially-bought Armenian cookies during our stay. Each was extremely spacious, not to mention very tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, with all kinds of intricate details that you are unlikely to find in most accommodations. For example, there is men's designer soap and shampoo, and women's designer soap and shampoo - even 5 star hotels don't usually provide that level of luxury! Marina also let us check out at any time on our last day, because she had no incoming guests - we were extremely grateful for the hospitality.
