Warm, cozy, beautiful, clean, every detail thought out! It's immediately clear that the hosts put their heart and soul into making their guests feel welcome. Room is large, bright, clean, very warm, and cozy. The bed, mattress, and pillows are incredible, a truly relaxing experience! The bed linen is very pleasant, the blankets are excellent and warm. Everything is of a very high standard, premium quality. We planned to wake up early to hurry along the route, but in such wonderful conditions, we slept like babies. There are simply no words to describe how much warmth, care, and love they surround their guests with. Arus and David have become symbols of Armenia for us – hospitable, hardworking, with an open soul and a big heart. David organized our trip to Georgia, for which we are especially grateful! Their daughter speaks English very well, and it was a pleasure talking to her. We're travelers, we've been to over 70 countries and can objectively evaluate everything because we've stayed in so many places. We can definitely say this is a special, wonderful place! “Perfect!”

An absolute 10/10! The owners were wonderful, they welcomed us with big smiles, a glass of wine, and some delicious cake, making us feel at home right away. The place was extremely clean and well-kept; when we arrived, everything smelled amazingly like fresh laundry. The location is perfect, close to the city center and everything you might need. Unfortunately, due to our schedule, we could only stay for a short time, otherwise we would have loved to stay much longer. Highly recommended!

David and Arusik were very warm and welcoming, although I only stayed one Night. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Coffee/tea & biscuits for free. The BnB is well located between railway station & centre. Thanks!

“Home away from home”

Here, you are welcomed with mint tea from their own garden and homemade pastries. The room is a good size, the beds are soft, and the shower is nice and hot. The family are lovely people and can help you with a tour of the city and surrounding area, and even transport to Georgia.

“Very nice guesthouse”

Familly is very hospitable, nice with big sunny windows, comfortable beds. Very good breakfast on demand. Close to the center and train station. Clean bathrom. Shared kitchen for possibility for cooking, kettle and microwave. Recommend to everybody.

Their daughter speaks excellent English and kindly advised us on where to eat and what to see in the city, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our stay in David's B&B was great. We loved a lot of things about it. The way that Arushik welcommed us with nice homemade gata, the fact that the room was so clean and comfy, the fact that we could reach the family at any moment to support us when we needed help. Even if the temperatures were really low when we visited Gyumri(-10 degrees) the room was always hot. The room is in walking distance from the beautiful city center of Gyumri and it is highly recommended for visiting this beautiful town.

We felt very welcomed by Arusik, Davit and their daughter. Very hospitable family, super comfortable stay centrally in Gyumri. Would really recommend staying here.

Very good budget twin room in Gyumri! The host was so friendly, helping us with SIM cards and onward travel and made us a lovely coffee and fruit platter when we arrived.

“Good stay”

The guesthouse is a little far from the city center, but it's a walking distance. The hostess is very caring. Because the host and hostess live next to us, we saw a lot during our stay. She also sometimes texted us to check everything was OK. It was late September when we stayed. It's a little cold at night, but they turned on the heater when we asked so we had a comfortable stay. There is space to dry the laundry outside.

We received a lovely, warm welcome from the family. We were made to feel completely at home. The location is excellent- in a nice quiet area, but an easy and pleasant walk into the city centre. We loved our time here and wished we could have stayed longer- thank you so much!

Super family and wonderful hospitality and greetings.we loved out stay with David and Arusik who where so helpful and willing. Our room looked out onto the court yard which was a peaceful place to chill and eat apples off the tree.

Very cosy guesthouse in a very good location. Close to both the central square and the train station. There is also a supermarket just at the end of the street. The host was extremely kind. The breakfast was big and tasty. I can fully recommend this guesthouse for anyone visiting Gyumri!
