“Cozy and chill”
My hostess was the nicest person, plus she speaks English, which is not common among middle-aged people in Gyumri. The bed was extremely comfortable. There is a very beautiful inner garden where I could sit after walking around all day or to have coffee in the morning. The hotel is just 15 minutes away (walking) from Vardanants Square and even closer (maybe 5 minutes) from the main touristic streets, Shiraz and Abovyan. I would certainly repeat if I ever go back to Gyumri

“An exceptionally nice guest house all around”
After my stay in Yerevan I had another stop in Gjumri, which gave me a totally new impression of Armenia. Part of that is due to the amiable host and her likewise amiable daughter of the Friendly Guest House. I really enjoyed my stay there, not only because of the 'hard facts' like infrastructure and equipment, but also because of the good time I had with the family. I can really recommend coming to this place - just everything is nice, cozy and hearty here.

It was my 2nd time to stay at Friendly B&B and I would definitely love to come again! The guesthouse is located in a historical, cozy house, within a walking distance from the center from Gyumri. The hostess is a very friendly and helpful lady.

“Great place to stay !!!!”
The place is close to the city center and is very quiet. Nice room and comfortable bed. The owner is very friendly and helpfull and can tell you al lot about Armenia and especially Gyumri. I will stay here again without doubt !!!

For the price, you really couldn't ask for more. A friendly, generous host. Large, comfortable double bed. Very much a "home" feeling. Clean and well-equipped bathroom. Good location. Definitely recommended.

The owner let me check in earlier, which was convenient. Room is big and spacious. Bathroom is spotless. Good location not too far from the bus station and from the main square. Stayed just one night. Everything went fine.

It is a wonderful place. The room is very cozy, the rest there is great. It is calm, but you can reach a city centre and railway station quickly. And the best in the place is its owner - lovely and warm-heart lady. You feel like not at the hotel but like visiting your family. Highly recommend.

Very cute guest house, centrally located, and within a short walking distance from local sights and amenities. The room was the right size, with all the necessities. Everything was perfect and the host was very kind and friendly. Would recommend to all 👍
