The best guesthouse i have stayed in in a while. The hostess is extremly friendly. She is very welcoming and helpful. The entire gueshouse is spotless clean. The room is comfortable and there is a hugh living room and kitchen. Perfect location. In the centre of Gyumri, close to all the sights.

Everything! Central location, close to the bus station to the airport. Big kitchen, warm greeting, cleanliness, WiFi and the staff - everything the best. I will come here again for sure.

Sveta was a great host, the place is very big and spacious. The room was comfortable.

The house was immaculate, with even a piano in the dining room. It’s peaceful and located near Gyumri’s main square.

I stayed one night here and paid cash! But after I paid money, they canceled my reservation on booking(I didn’t see it) and now they want to charge extra money from my bank card! That’s disgusting!

The hostess are so kindly and helpful, there's one cover place outside if you travel by motorcycle.

“A good one for a solo traveler”

Got a neat room on the second floor of a private house. No complaints at all — it’s perfect for a solo traveler. Met a guest from China in the hallway — we had a good laugh picking apart the local public transport :D

“Lovely room in an elegant house right in the center”

I loved it. The multilingual lady who runs this guesthouse is as elegant as the house itself. I absolutely loved the wooden staircase. The room was very spacious and I found the bed very comfortable. I would have stayed longer if there had been a more suitable desk for work (there was an amazing office chair in the room). Another factor was that the wifi connection was very poor in the room (something like 3.5 Mbps). Having said this, the location was fabulous, and I would book again 100%. The unobstructed views from the room were fantastic, and from the spacious living room, you get fantastic views over the Aragats mountain (4090m). In summary, recommended!!

“Satisfying”

Cozy like home—I felt like coming visit my relatives rather than a guest here. Hosts are pretty friendly, hospitable and warm-hearted. If you speak French, the lovely mémé will tell you some good old stories! This property has a great location, just few minutes walking to the downtown Gyumri and right next to the Theater Square where you can catch GG back to Yerevan.

Amazing location, close to centre and a literal 3 min walk to my pickup point for GG transport back to Yerevan. The house is very well taken care of, and the bathroom while shared with others guests is clean. Owner lives in the same house and there are only 2-3 rooms so never overcrowded
