Located in the centre of Gyumri, 400 metres from Charles Aznavour Square, Artush & Raisa B&B offers a garden, terrace and music room with pianos and accordions. “Calm and friendly athmosphere, I slept well.”
Stable and fast wi-fi, as I notified before arriving I was going to work with my laptop so I was provided with the desk (I guess there is one in each room). Lovely garden and a nice dinner zone. High ceilings. Brilliantly clean.

The kitchen is awesome! For people who cook during their stay, it's perfect. Very high quality utilities, and variety. Just perfect. Also they have piano which is awesome

-location is good, 25 min walk into centre -has parking if you've rented a vehicle -rooms are big and beds are comfortable -kitchen is good -staff are nice, and martin is helpful -good wifi

“Nice and affordable Guesthouse”
Martin is a friendly host, Artush & Raisa are not there anymore, they live in LA now. The guesthouse has a nice garden where you can chill out. Its a very quiet place, not really in the center but you can reach it within minutes by taxi (very affordable). The wifi connection was very good!

“Guesthouse with happiness”
I enjoyed the quite place. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Center is just 400 Dram (80c) by Taxi away. Closer than the center is Tashi Pizza on the shopping street Sayat Nova with Café, theater and so on.

“Rest in Gyumri”
I liked the nice furniture from Hungary. Beautiful house and garden. Helpful host, Martin. Good weather and climate here and restaurants like Italian restaurant “Florenz”.
