Walking distance to the center. Super warm, cosy, modern room with everything you need. Armine gave us a welcome homemade drink on arrival. The room had underfloor heating which was great as it was -15 outside!we would stay there again for sure

The room was cute, comfortable and clean. The owners very friendly and helpful. Gave us advice on where to visit/eat, booked us a taxi and even gave us food and fruit! Good location close to the center too.

The place is so cozy and stylish! Everything was very clean, and the garden was lovely. All the beautiful houseplants added to the coziness. We only wish we could have stayed longer than one night!

“A cozy little place tucked in the middle of Gyumri”

Everything was great! The unit is a studio with kitchenette. It was really cozy and cute. The location is great as it’s walking distance to all important places. Lastly, Armine was very nice host - responsive, accommodating, and friendly!

“Quaint and well located stay in Gyumri”

Cute little room with an upstairs loft space. Armine was very warm and welcomed us with rose liqueur (which was excellent). The guest house is located not too far from the happening Abovyan street- an easy 10 minute walk at most. Hot water in the shower was plentiful and we loved the water pressure too. The place was clean. And the room had a kitchenette as well which was useful.

It is located about 5 minutes walk from the central area of Gyumri. The studio was beautiful and lovely, it really felt very homely staying there. The owner Armine was very hospitable and friendly, she greeted me with cake upon arrival. All in all I had a pleasant time and would definitely stay there again.

What a beautiful stay at Armine’s! Armine herself was such a lovely welcoming lady who understood English very well. We were greeted with 2 shots of their homemade rose liquor, sweets and snacks. There was a shelf of the liquor to buy, along with honey and jams. We stayed in the larger of the 3 available options and it was so cosy and homey. The apartment is a short walk away (5 mins) from the town. And we were recommended some local restaurants which absolutely did not disappoint. There was a kitchen too with tea & coffee. Parking wasn’t an issue whatsoever. Thank you for a lovely stay ✨🇦🇲

“A good stay for overnight”

Fantastic BnB, has a cozy feel with many modern touches. Armine speaks good english, she was there when I arrived and showed me around very kindly. There's a nice garden and everything works well. You can park your car right outside. 100% recommended.

The place was a bit difficult to find, located on a small side street, yet close to the center (walking distance). The apartment itself was very clean and beautifully decorated with traditional Armenian motives. The use of space was excellent, even in the compact, yet functional bathroom (shower). The place was very quiet, hidden behind a tall metal gate, and had a view to a small garden. Lovely choice for travelers, who do not appreciate crowds and noise.

“Lovely boutique hotel”

Our room, one of only three in this lovely boutique hotel, was excellent. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was large with good hot water. Everything appeared to be new and the fittings were all of top quality (eg Villeroy & Boch). The WiFi worked well for us and parking was immediately outside on a quiet road. Other nice touches were some chocolates in the room on arrival and a glass of cherry brandy on our second day. The location is great, just a 10 minute stroll to Vardanants Square. Highly recommended.

It was the best stay, Armine is a great host, I can highly recommend her B&B if you're travelling to beautiful Gyumri! A short walk to the city centre, her place is convenient, clean and comfortable with excellent facilities and internet.
