“Relaxing in Nature”

I loved my trailer under the tree, looking out over a field - it was very relaxing. It's also very spacious and the beds are comfy. The place is far away from the nearest village and very quiet and peaceful at night. The team is also super nice and helpful. The breakfast has lots of locally made food and tastes great.

Sauna was so good. You can control the fire by yourself and rest outside with the geese or ducks or whatever, also donkeys. Loved the self-service bar, too. Breakfast was good, coffee was surprisingly palatable (for Germany).

Firstly, the information on their web page was 2 years out of date and the checkin time was incorrect. It states 5:30 am to 9pm but it was only available after 5pm. The room was supposed to have a dining room, zero dining room. Toilet and shower facilities were 300m away. It had NO Electricity at all. No screen protection from mosquitoes, not even a tap with running water and for nearly €60, it was dismal. The property owners gave us another room only if we paid an extra €60. The hot tub was a further €10 for 10 minutes per person, sauna was extra again. The second room was 200m from the toilet and shower block but there was only one toilet and shower for each sex for approximately 30 guests. A small outdoor refrigerator 50ltr was provided for all of the guests who stayed in wagons away from the main house. The second room had electricity although the main power was switched Off to that room and had to be turned on manually. The room looked like it had not been maintained for quite sometime with a large hole in the mattress cover sheet and the bed cover smelling not nicely. There were dead bugs in the entrance way and grass cuttings throughout the room. All of the windows in the bedroom area either had the locks removed completely or were locked and could not be opened at all. Those windows that could be opened had no mosquito protection, so when you are on a farm with sheep and donkeys roaming free and mosquitoes and insects everywhere, mosquito protection is a must. My partner was bitten so many times that she is now under going treatment for severe inflammation of her right buttock and upper thigh area along with multiple bites on her arms and legs. We ended up cancelling our stay after only one night because of these issues, and when they were bought to the attention of the property owner, there was no positive response.
