“Just perfect!”
The São Francisco Ecopousada is an absolute gem right on the beach. Beautiful, spotless rooms, a lovingly designed property, and a team that truly makes you feel welcome. The highlight: kitesurfing literally at your doorstep! Steady wind, plenty of space, and a perfect launch spot just a few steps from your room — it doesn’t get any better. The breakfast is excellent, with fresh local products, and the whole atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed, creating instant vacation vibes. Conclusion: A perfect place to unwind and the ideal spot for kitesurfers. Fully recommended!

“Amazing and special stay in a wonderfull place!”
We stayed 5 nights in the beautifull accomodation of Matteus. The little house was extremely beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Never seen such a beautiful bathroom before :) Because of it's off grid location you have the entire beach for yourself. Which for us as kiters was a dream coming true. It was easy to organize some little downwinders to Tatajuba or from Guriu to the pousada. But nothing beats the kiting at your private spot in front of your house. To top this all of Matteus is extremely helpfell and a very friendly host. He really puts effort in completing this wonderfull experience. He helped us with the downwinders, organazing food and he made us feel at home. Our stay at Sao Francisco Ecopousado was an amazing experience. Something very special that I would recommend to everyone!

We loved our stay at Sao Francisco Ecopousada. It is amazing what the owner Mateus has built, a beautiful luxurious oasis right on the beach between Guriu and tatajuba. The rooms are beautiful, well equipped, comfortable beds and gorgeous bathroom. The host goes above and beyond to make the stay perfect in every way. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Guriu / tatajuba.

Super kind and welcoming host! Realy nice shared kitchen with every comfort. Beautiful rooms with little veranda pool for cooling down. Perfect location between kitelagoons of Guriu and Tatajuba. And the pousada is right at the beach to kite there as well. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again when I am around.
