We initially had issues with our room but Umut really made sure we were happy. He has amazing customer service. The spa!!!! Was amazing, thanks to following Gulide the spa receptionist, Ari and None who were are masseuse. We went two days in a row because it was that great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Best spa massages and worth the money (take a tip). The breakfast was really amazing. A special shout out to the follow staff in the hotel: Ali yucel Alihan ozbakir Alp Eylul You made us feel so welcome and we appreciated it.

During a tense period in the Gulf, I was waiting for flights to reopen so I could travel to Bodrum and stay at this hotel again. I chose it specifically because I know the level of comfort and service they provide—even off-season. The hotel operates at full capacity as if it were peak season. This is my third consecutive year staying here, and every staff member, without exception, performs their job perfectly. From arrival to the moment I was escorted to my car, everything was seamless. Warm welcome drinks, smooth check-in, early room readiness, and thoughtful touches like a welcome card with flowers in the room. They also added a service I hadn’t noticed before: choosing your preferred pillow type, which was very comfortable. I also appreciated the late check-out. Special thanks to everyone—from housekeeping and valet to the hotel manager. You made my stay as relaxing as I hoped, and even more.

My husband and I had a great time at Cape Bodrum. We chose this hotel to unwind and relax after three weeks of travelling through Rome, Venice, Milan, Prague, and Barcelona. We stayed for three nights in late April, and we enjoyed Cape Bodrum the most out of all the places we stayed. There was so much provided to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We enjoyed the great food and hospitality, and all the staff were super helpful, polite, and welcoming—especially Suheyla, Izzet, and Melih. Suheyla took care of us during check-in, and she is absolutely amazing! We had many great conversations with her. She is a beautiful person, and we wish her all the best. The morning staff were amazing while we enjoyed the delicious Turkish breakfast with stunning views. We had great conversations with Izzet. He was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. He also gave us recommendations for our next destination, Istanbul. Thank you, Izzet, and best of luck! Dinner was amazing as well. Melih took care of us, and he was very polite and friendly. He made us feel welcome and helped us enjoy our time there. We loved the atmosphere, enjoyed the spa and the infinity pool. Swimming in the spotless water of the bay was one of the highlights—we could see the fish swimming, and it was absolutely beautiful. The view from our bedroom was also stunning; we enjoyed the beauty of Gundogan at sunrise, during the day, and at night.

Our stay at this hotel was incredible, and better than any 5-star hotel we have ever visited. The level of details that improve the user experience was fantastic. The room was comfortable and well designed, with every detail carefully thought out (from the bathroom to the big luggage area/ closet). Even the starting rooms have a stunning sea view and a balcony filled with sunlight. The facilities were fantastic. The beach was beautiful, the swimming pool was great, and there were plenty of sunbeds. Everything was modern, clean and well maintained. The food was excellent, fresh, tasty, and with lots of variety, both at breakfast and dinner. There was a high level of attention to detail you very seldom find, even in top 5 star hotels (e.g. the amount and level of execution of dishes à la carte, the homemade bread that is slightly toasted before serving) The staff were amazing. They found the difficult balance of friendliness, professionalism, and care, whether at the reception, the restaurant, or the beach bar. This is a 5-star experience that goes above and beyond in a remarkable way.

The staff in this property are everything!!! They’re so welcoming, kind, friendly and always willing to help! Absolutely love the breakfast and the breathtaking views! The beach club couldn’t have been better. We made some friends there and also in the breakfast room to the point that I felt a bit emotional saying goodbye. That is how much I was pampered! Shout out to Izet and caner from the breakfast room, those are the best guys! Also the lady welcoming you in. The tall guy at the beach club was so friendly, we had conversations about life and it felt like we knew him for a long time. I feel like I’ve gained family here. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Lovely hotel, comfortable rooms, great facilities, excellent breakfast and truly wonderful staff. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially the two breakfast waiters who were so attentive and made breakfast the highlight of our day with everything you could possibly want. The hotel has extensive decking over the bay, making it a perfect place to soak up the sun and go for a swim. There’s a nice path along the water to town which is about a 10-15 minute walk with various restaurants along the way. Also there’s a good, free gym! We highly recommend it.

There is a nice spa on ground floor along with an indoor pool 🏊 . Also a cute coffee shop with freshly baked goods. There is a hairdresser if you want to get a fresh trim 💇🏽‍♀️ Totally worth it - I’m already planning my next trip back! 🔜
