The hospitality.Their staff is attentive and friendly. Mr. Cem at the restaurant was outstanding, and so was the lady in the morning who served the breakfast. The lady at the reception gave me a free upgrade.

Location is good, walk distance to the centre with many cafes and restaurant. The massage was also excellent - thank you! Breakfast had good variety, plus there was an egg baker to get fresh baked egg/omelette.

Great spacious apartment with all facilities what's needed. Very tasty breakfast and dinners. Friendly and competent personel. Easy access to restaurant and swimming pools. Close to the beach. Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bodrum. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit. Its central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city, restaurants, marina, and nearby beaches with quick and easy access to all areas of Bodrum. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bodrum!

Generally superb throughout

We stayed at Jasmine Elite Residence and Spa at the end of April and the beginning of May and enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms had everything we needed and were cleaned regularly, including the dishes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked half board, and the food was delicious — both the breakfast buffet and the dinners. Dinner could be chosen from a menu and included soup, salad, a main course, and dessert, all served restaurant-style by extremely friendly waiters. The hotel has three outdoor pools with ambient-temperature water and one indoor pool in the spa area with warm water (a swimming cap is required there). The pool areas and surrounding territory were very clean and well maintained. The sea is very close, but it's better to wear swimming shoes for more comfortable swimming.

Great facilities, multiple pools for different blocks, also an indoor pool which. Very good gym. Location was great 5 min walk from the beach (beach wasn't great though). Near the nightlife of Gumbet and also 5 min drive to Bodrum marina. Bodrum windmills were a 5 min walk (best views of Bkdrum and Gumbet). Staff were amazing. Breakfast was good with many options

The hotel is located relatively close to the city center — about a 20-minute walk — and only 5 minutes from the beach ;) More importantly, the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming ;)

The gym was honestly very good and well equipped. As someone who works out regularly, I really appreciated it. The spa area was also nice and relaxing. The hotel is okay for the price overall.

We loved our spacious apartment, which was bright, clean and in good condition. We had a nice view onto the pool area and it was peaceful and quiet now in off-season. Breakfast had a good amount of choices, the staff was super friendly. It is only a short drive into town. We appreciated the underground parking

Our room was upgraded free of charge by the hotel, as there was availability. The breakfast was very rich and varied. The spa and pool were clean and sufficient. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful.
