This villa had absolutely everything for a family of 5. Kids aged 13, 12 and 9. Pool was excellent and perfectly heated. The villa was so big and clean. Beds so comfortable, quiet area, the outside area was amazing, kids loved the mini golf area and the table tennis. Couldn't fault anything, will definitely be back. We had a rented car which you would need.

Everything! Second stay here and we’ll be back again for sure. It’s close to everything but you will need a car.

“Fabulous stay in a homely and very comfortable villa”

Everything! What a beautiful villa. So much space for us to spread out comfortably and relax. So many different seating areas, we didn't get chance to sit in them all! Every room was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Everything you can think of was provided - some drinks in the fridge, cleaning items, spices and condiments, which made life so much easier. Huge tv! Plenty of towels for the house and pool. The garden and pool area with all its furniture (and mini golf!) was lovely. We all enjoyed the pool. We were lucky with the weather in February. The heat pump turned off automatically over night (so we could enjoy the peace and quiet) so the pool was a little cooler first thing in the morning, but very soon heated up, especially if you put the cover on when not in use. The villa was so peaceful and quiet at night. We found the location was perfect for us, with a hire car - close enough to day trip to the beaches, sights and amenities, but away from the noise of the big towns. We did a lot of hiking up and around several of the volcanic craters (Caldera Blanca and Caldrea de los Cuervos) and went cycling along the seafront from Puerto del Carmen to the airport, which was great fun. We also visited Ceasar Manrique's volcano house at Tahiche and watched the waves crashing at Los Hervideros. We also found by chance a mini canyon - las Grietas, which is just a 5 minute drive from the house and was a short but steep and very interesting little walk. All in all a fabulous holiday. Everything! The space, heated pool (when warm outside it was 30C!), orangery, bbq, location, large terrace, comfy bed and pillows, sun all day, swing seat, plant, outside hidden clothes drying space (FAB!!!), peace and quiet, and it was very well equipped.

“Excellent Villa - gorgeous and great facilities.”

Excellent property. Pristine throughout and absolutely stunning. The outdoor area was great with a (artificial) grass area, 2 outdoor seating areas, 4 sunbeds, mini golf and table tennis as well as a good sized pool. The facilities inside where great - fully working decent sized kitchen, a playroom just off it with some cute toys and decoration, two large living rooms and 1 seating area and 3 well apportioned bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin). Parking across the road and very clear instructions on this were in the property.

Lovely house with plenty of space both indoor and outdoor. Nicely decorated and with everything you need. Pool is really nice, though the weather was unusually cloudy and we couldn't enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Yet, fantastic house.

“Comfortable villa well above expectations.”

We have stayed in many holiday apartments and villas in Lanzarote as well as other countries and I would rate this accommodation among the best if not the best . We were astounded when we opened the door and viewed the open plan TV lounge, sitting lounge, dining area and indoor garden. The property was positively gleaming and smelling very fresh. The outside was yet another delight with far more seating and tables than was shown in the photos. There was always a place to sit in shade or sunshine. The pool was also perfectly clean and the gardens well maintained. There were only two of us but we were impressed to see the playroom and lots to amuse children. The utility area and the outside drying area is well secluded but very functional. We only used one bed but it was very comfortable and there was a great amount of extra bedding if it had been required as well as plentiful towels for bathrooms and pool. There were also heaters in storage for colder weather. There was always ample hot water and good showers. The conservatory was a bonus, a great place to sit on colder evenings.

Beautiful villa. Very convenient as it is close to the airport but you don't hear the airport noise. Such a kind owner. Thanks so much for the wine and fizzy drinks. Towels were provided for both showering and the pool, along with extra bedding and pillows. Everything was spotlessly clean. Loved that spices were provided in the press, along with kitchen roll, tin foil and dishwasher, and washing machine tablets. Also provided were extra bin bags and toilet rolls. There are just so many spaces to relax in the villa. The main TV was huge!! We could connect netflix and watch away. There was another TV in the main bedroom. I loved the outdoor three person swing chair! The small shop down the road had pretty much everything, and they were so nice. Eating out involved going to Playa Honda (closest) near the airport. We got there by walking to the bus stop (about a 5-10 min walk) or taxi.

“Brilliant 🌞”

All was great our kids had fab time and our 17 months daughter loved to play in the playroom in the morning. Excellent location and nice view . Loved the villa as it was clean and we had everything what needed. Great memories thank you Alberto!

“Outstanding Villa in probably the quietest location on the island.”

What an outstanding villa. Clean beyond clean. The whole place was spotless. The size of the villa is brilliant. There are different places to sit and relax. Different places to dine. You can have different areas to be each day in one villa... that's amazing!! Now appliances, everything and all the cuttlery and washing tablets, cloths ETC you need. Brilliant. Beds...hummm soft firm, pillows soft firm... lovely. Location was the only issue. We could here a pin drop at 500 metres. That was a big problem. It meant we didn't want to play music or watch TV because just relaxing in that quiet was a DREAM. This villa and owner was and is the best we have been in Lanzarote. In just hope we can get this villa again for our next stay. Review by Peter Luton

The villa was very spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean with a lovely warm pool. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children but the place would have felt spacious for more than twice as many. The host was very friendly and low key. The location was very good for exploring the island while also being peaceful and quiet.
