The location is very good with lots of food, shopping and attractions e.g. Elephant Hill, Lijiang, Sun Moon lake and Jing Wang palace etc all within walking distance. The hotel provide washing machine and dryer for your laundry needs anytime and a electronic toilet bowl with bidet and warm seat cover.

Great hotel on a super location close to everything you need in Guilin. Room was great with a nice view down the pedestrian street whilst sitting in the window seats sipping tea. The staff are great. Really friendly and helpful. Massive shout out to Jenny who organised our taxi to and from the hotel. She was brilliant.

Nicely Located in the middle of the pedestrian street, walking distance to the scenic area. There are 2 Winghotel and not many taxi drivers are willing to drive in. Please just insisted them to drive in, they can, only big bus can’t. I like how detailed they decorated the rooms for the kids, and bringing all the stuff required by the kids. My kids love the peppa pig theme They have soft and hard pillows. Very detailed oriented. There is washing machine and dryer. They have maps to show where to eat good food and to the scenic spots

Very centrally located to the pedestrian street with lots of food choices. Walking distance to the Elephant Trunk Hill and also to catch the 4 lakes, 2 river night cruise. Also can walk to the twin towers which look beautiful when lit up at night. The room was spacious and there was a lovely sitting corner out in the front to drink tea and people watch. You can access their washing machines and dryers if you need to wash clothes.

Location of the hotel is great, right on the pedestrian street! staff was nice and helpful. Room was ok. needed a bit of renovation but overall it was comfortable. We only spent 1 night at this hotel and arrived late and left early the day after, but the location is definitely the best part of it.

A perfect hotel in a perfect spot. The hotel is situated right in the heart of pedestrian street. Not only is this a perfect position for a tourist, but you can walk to almost all of the Attractions close by. Elephant Rock, river and lakes tour, and too many other sites to mention. We spent five days there and never a disappointment. So, let's look at the hotel. First the foyer has lounge seats and a library overlooking the crowded pedestrian street. Is it noisy? There is an elevator to our floor. Our room faces the main street, but this is forgotten once we enter. The room is nice with a section extended over the street so you can have a daily tea ceremony, it's a bonus. There is a fridge and jug. Alos two bottles of water, one can of 7up and one can of coke free each day. Also, free laundry downstairs. As for the noise below, very minute and after ten the street has quietened down

Location and service were excellent. The property had washing and dryer facilities which were very welcome. Service was also very good and friendly. I also love that the toilet is the japanese style with bidet.

This hotel is located in the heart of Guilin, making it very convenient. It offers good value for money with clean rooms in good condition, as well as self-service laundry and drying facilities. There were nice touches, such as leaving us a tea set to enjoy while looking out over the pedestrian street in the morning. Jenny, who manages this brand's other hotels in the city, was extremely helpful, including organising us a day trip to the rice terraces of Longsheng with a private taxi driver, as well as tickets for the night cruise on the lakes of Guilin. Both experiences are highly recommended.
