Everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. One of us accidentally left a passport on the airplane, and the staff at the front desk helped us locate it immediately, which we truly appreciated. Jenny, the travel agent, was especially amazing. She replied to messages very quickly and helped arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel. She also organized a fantastic Li River cruise to Yangshuo and arranged for our luggage to be delivered directly to our hotel there. This made the trip so much easier and more comfortable for us, especially since we are a group of eight traveling with small children. The location of the hotel is perfect, and we honestly could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Perfect location in the lively centre of Guilin. The room was a quiet haven after the busy outdoors. This Central Square branch of the Wing series of hotels was very clean with friendly, helpful staff. The free self-service well equipped laundry room was very useful. Free water was always available and the cute robot for room service was quite a treat. We could not speak Chinese but everyone went out of their way to assist. Jenny’s friendly reception made us feel at home immediately. She was extremely helpful and we organised transport and a boat cruise with her help. She assisted with an explanation of how to use Alipay as well. For the price you pay, the hotel is an excellent choice.

The suite we had was well finished and the beds very comfortable. The shower was spacious and worked well with plenty of hot water. Even had free cans of Coke and sprite in the fridge as well as bottles of water. There was free coffee available in the entrance area. Free laundry facilities were a bonus for us as had been travelling for a while. Good location to access the sights in Guilin.

The hotel was on close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and the twin pagodas and lake.

Apart from the comfortable accommodation and friendly staff, I would like to commend Jenny, the English tour assistant. She is not only responsive but also gave us advice on how to go about touring Guilin, help us book the Lijiang tour, etc. The hotel is also excellently located just a minute's walk to the pedestrian street and a walkable distance to Jing Jiang Prince palace, both places at which we bought a lot of their unique local snacks. So, if I visit Guilin again, I would definitely stay here again. The buffet breakfast is also affordable and nice. Not a lot of selection for vegetarians but enough.

Location is right in the city center and good breakfast available
