“Excellent accomodation”
The location is very close to the sea front, it's literally a few minutes down the street in one direction and 60 seconds to the main square in the opposite direction. The accomodation is lovely and spotlessly clean. Our host provided comprehensive instructions before our arrival. There were complimentary food and drinks waiting in the fridge. There is a lovely roof terrace which is perfect to relax in the morning and evenings with very easy access. It was very reasonably priced Vs nearby accomodation. Everything was to a very high standard and this place is very cared for. I would definitely return here if I visited Playa San Juan again.

“Great option for a stay in a quiet location in Tenerife”
Very nice room, great location, nice host. Rooftop terrace and washing machine (didn't use, but for a longer stay it's very handy). Great value for money.

“Great accommodation near the sea-front.”
We loved this accommodation (Nº 4) which was very clean, comfortable and tastily decorated. A fantastic situation just steps from the sea-front. The terrace was a real plus. The bed was very comfortable. We managed to park the car not too far away for free. Lots of shops, restaurants and nice sea walks in the area. Access to the apartment was really easy and well explained by David.

The apartment is spacious, quiet, cozy, clean and pretty :) Located really close to the ocean and a bus stop. We had a whole terrance just for ourself and barely see or hear other guests below us. David, the owner, is really nice and helpful. I totally recommend this apartment if you want to just chill and spend some peaceful time.
