The room was very comfortable and quirky. Lovely building and unusual decor. Nice salon to sit in. Very good shower and good breakfast. Lovely staff. Excellent location. Great secure parking on site.

The accommodation is breathtakingly beautiful, the beds are super comfy, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The town in which it is located is also stunning. I will definitely be back just to stay a few more nights in this hotel.

Breakfasts were very good and the location was exceptional, just inside the old walls of the city. Good private parking and a peaceful garden to enjoy. A lot of restaurants and possibility to explore the old town within easy walking distance.

The location was excellent for a visit to Guerande, and the hosts were charming and helpful.

Charming Philippe and Camille welcomed us into their amazing house. It really is a beautiful place, inside the Guerande city walls with parking for the car in the garden. Good breakfast in the conservatory, with the gardens outside. This really is one of the best stays that we've had in France over many years, and first one I've given a "10" to.

“This MUST be the best place to stay in Guérande!”

This beautiful 19th building is in a quiet and peaceful location, just inside the town walls. Our "room" was amazing! We had "Chambre Rouge" on the second floor (called the first floor in France), which consisted of a large bedroom, a large separate bathroom with tub and a sink on each side of the room, a separate room with toilet and a large sitting room with tv at the other end of the floor. In other words, our living area spanned the whole width of the house, with the bedroom window facing the garden/parking area, and sitting room window facing the main street. The breakfast was fantastic and well worth the money. Camille even surprised us with French toast (along with everything else), on our second day. The free private parking on the property was perfect for entering and leaving the walled town, although we spent our first day just strolling the streets. Camille gave us perfect dinner recommendations for both nights. If you are ever in Guérande, you must have dinner at La P'tite Franquette! Thank you Camille and Philippe!

We loved the unique style and fabulous decor of the property and our room. The location could not be better to explore the town and surrounding area. Super friendly hosts and lovely little touches in the room, such as the range of speciality teas and a chocolate sweets.
