It's a well sorted apartment at the top of an historic building full of local atmosphere, old wooden beams and windows with a view over the roofs of the town. The bells of the nearby church strike the hours from eight o'clock. Julie, our host, was very good and provided timely information and a pass on our phone so we could park inside the walls which is a requirement in July and August. It's a busy, lovely town we enjoyed and we'll be back for longer next time.

“Beautiful, peaceful, historic, central, great value for money. Would stay again!”
Beautiful appartment in an historic building right in the middle of Guerande but not troubled by any noise or disturbance at night. Thoughtful, easy to reach host; excellent facilities; very comfortable fittings. We would definitely stay again. Bonus opportunity to leave our bags safely the day we left so that we could explore the town before we had to leave. Thank you Julia!

It was a great location. The apartment was adorable with a lovely setting and nice touches. Lots of character ! Our host was very friendly and helpful too and made sure we settled ourselves well. We loved our stay.

“It exceeded all our expectations for the price.”
The location of the appartment is perfect. Right in the centre of the walled town, and only a few minutes walk from free underground parking. The only minor drawback for some people would be that the appartment is on the third floor and there is not lift, so you have walk yp with yoyr luggage.

“Heart and soul of Guerande”
Located at the top of a traditional building, the apartment is spacious and well equipped for two people, well worth the climb up the stairs for the views over the rooftops of the town. Your day is marked by the gentle chimes of the clock on the nearby church from seven in the morning to ten o'clock at evening. The town is never far away and mostly pedestrian so even at the busiest hours has a pleasant buzz and interest.
