Position very near to the slopes and ski-lift, management very helpful and kind.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the apartment. The location is very convenient, especially because it is close to the ski slopes, which made it easy to access the tracks every day. However, it is a bit further from the town center and the nearest shops, so that is something to keep in mind.

I really liked the place, because of its great location, the Mountain View is mesmerising, it is a good place, warm, and has all ski conveniences.

Good location. Close to ski lift. Have a dedicated ski locker room. Sleak design. The studio is bigger than the pic. Good water pressure in shower. There are two of us and the space feels right. Would recommend renting an extra room if there are more people.

The staff was very attentive and welcoming. Combination before arrival was great and the property receptionist was very helpful and warm. Just next to the ski rental shop and a good enough restaurant. A very short walk to the ski lift.

Very convinient location. Close to the second lift. Apartments are clean and spacious. Ski room is large. There is always somebody at the reception to give you a hand. In our case early check-in was possible in some of the apartments and we got a single late check-out apartment to store our stuff while skiing. Thank you Rezi.

Good location, warm accommodation, friendly staff

Perfect location, with almost ski-to-door access, within a short walk distance from the middle lift station. Clean and cozy apt, well equipped (the only question for me was a hairdryer, which appeared to have a different type of plug not compatible with the sockets ...) There were enough cups+dishes+chairs even for 6 people. The balcony looks towards the slopes, which means it is quiet and the trucks going up and down the main Gudauri road will not bother you. There is also a nice restaurant and a ski rental in the Vista building. No problems with parking places, and great value for money. We would love to come again. Thanks a lot!

Great apartment, very warm and cozy, with a hot and strong shower and a beautiful view. The location is also great, the place is quiet and the ski lift is only 2 minutes away. The owner is a very hospitable and caring person - always in touch and ready to help with anything. Thank you for making our vacation even better!

“Good value for its cost”

The apartment is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. There's been 4 of us and it was perfect, with everything you need, and a nice view on the slopes from the bedroom.

Very good location (3 minutes to ski lift), friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant on the ground floor.

Owner was ok, however the administrator is quite non supportive and defensive.

The owner was fantastic and polite, ready to help all day, so I 100 % recommend to order this comfortable accommodation with ski depot
