“Perfect option for a family with kids”
First of all, it’s worth noting that the windows overlook a fairly quiet square, allowing you to sleep with the windows open. Occasionally, we could hear music from nearby restaurants, but the location of these apartments is much better than being closer to the central squares with discos and the ice rink. The lifts are just a couple of minutes’ walk away. The apartments have fully separate bedroom, which made it convenient for staying with children. Communication with the host was excellent.

“100% recommended!”
The apartment is 100% consistent with description and photos given on Booking.com. It is very convenient, spacious, well-equipped and perfectly located just down the ski slopes, in the centre of New Gudauri, with stunning mountain view and very close to restaurants and shops. The building Loft 2 is a newly finished apart-hotel with 24hrs reception regular staff and ski depot, but on top of that Kote, the owner of this particular apartment, also takes care of his guests and is very communicative and helpful. All in all, fully recommended!
