Stunning apartments, everything was thought out to the smallest detail, there was everything a family might need and even plasticine for a child. High quality bedding and furniture, lovely bath, didn't even need to go to the spa after skiing. The fireplace and swing are just beautiful.

The host has paid a lot of attention to the detail and Victor answered any questions promptly. There was good quality linen and towels, and having a dishwasher was useful.

“Great place with excellent facilities.”
The apartment is excellent, exactly as the photos. Location is directly opposite the gondola. Having 3 bathrooms is amazing and probably unique in this location. Quiet apartment. Very close to Drunk Cherry (good thing ) bar / family restaurant. View to the mountain is direct from every room. Fridge, cooker, dishwasher and bathrooms all top quality. Heating and hot water worked very well. I have already booked again.

“Probably the best experience in New Gudauri!”
Victor’s place is a prime spot in New Gudauri, the view is fantastic. I loved the space, super clean, modern and with all the supplies required. What I was impressed with the most, however, was Victors care about us. Such a pleasant experience and easy to communicate with person, always approachable and with pro active suggestions.Truly unbeatable, thanks Victor!
