“Good place to stay in Gudauri”
When I arrived to the location receptions was not aware of our booking , she checked her system and there was no booking, I had to message to the owner but it was solved very quickly. Apartments were quite comfortable and clean and quite hot I'd say, I completely switched off heater for all 5 days, so apartments are very warm. I saw in other reviews people complaining about noise from the hall , but I haven't noticed any issues. Location is perfect, very close to lifts. So I recommend this place to stay. Thanks

“Good value for money; great location”
Great location, very close to everything. Supermarket is in the building. A very responsive host. Clean and cozy apartment. It was quiet.

“Great location in the heart of everything, 3 min walk to Gondola lift.”
Super close to Gondola Lift. Supermarket is just next door, which is also very useful. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, but it's quite high, because reception and ground floor is formally at -1. Apartment has partial view to mountains, which is nice, balcony. No noice from supermarket or cars at the parking, because the apartment is situated behind the corner.
