The location was perfect especially for kids as it was right next to everything. It's spacious enough for a family and had everything we needed. Restaurant below was a little nosiy late intot he evening but would definitely stay there again.

Big size 2 bedroom. Nicely furnished apartment with balconies. We had very comfortable stay.super market is also next to this building. I would recommend this place. I will recommend owner to add shower gel and dish washing gel in apartment, also if owner can add bidet in toilet it will be very helpful for many people.

“BEST sping SNOW conditions”
The complex in New Gudauri offeres all you need during your hollydays. This 3-room apartment type is the biggest with the best layout in the building block 3. We felt extremly comfortable due to high quality equipment in very good condition. You will find skirent and depot, SPAR+ATM+farmacy , reastaurants, SPA and last but not least the gondola within 50m. TOP accomodation - heighly recomended.

Location was perfect right in front of the Gondola. We could ski and return for lunch in the apartment and conveniently continue skiing again. Apartment was comfortable and well equipped for our stay, large enough for our family of 6. The supermarket, restaurants and ski rentals are also within the same building or a short walk away
