“Location is great in the slope. Make sure to get a room facing to the mountains and away from center”
Breakfast not included, and the spa in the building is a private facility and no special on either of them for people that stay in the building which made us decide to never use it, very silly of the owners

“Great stay, but poor communication and payment options.”
The communication before going was confusing. On Booking.com the pre-payment agreement was to pay a 50% deposit, otherwise we'd lose the booking. The banking details were never provided and whatsapp messages weren't replied to - so i was concerned i lost the booking. However, when we were ready to go, everything went smoothly and they provided us with the lock code for the key. Options for payment were bank transfer or cash, even though on Booking.com it was clear that credit card facilities are available.

“For sure we will not come back”
There are 2 elevators only for HUGE apartment block- very long waiting + during our stay 1 elevator was out of service - almost every time we have to use stairs (4th floor). In lockers area on the floor - tiles (no rubber) so it’s extremely slippery especially when you have your skiing booths on and EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! When you walk out - all stairs are in ice and snow, when you walk with skis and and skiing booths again very difficult and dangerous! Very noisy outside - around midnight fireworks (every night), people are shouting and screaming. Very dry air in rooms, we were sleeping with open window to have at least a bit oxygen and good air. Spa is not included - the price for 1 person is 120 GEL - lockers in dressing rooms are broken, the facility is not managed well.

“Definatelty would return!”
Modern and clean. Location wise was perfect straight out onto the slopes and to the restaurants - Drunk Cherry was the best! transfers all arranged by host, made life easy. We had two adjoining studios, for family of 5, restaurant downstairs very cozy. Would recommend ski Boom for hire and lessons.
