Very good location and an amazing view of the mountains from the apartment. Communication with the owner was excellent. The apartment allowed us to have a comfortable stay during our skiing holiday.

The location is perfect and the apartment in itself is very cozy, warm and well equipped. It was our second time in Gudauri so it was perfect to be able to ski in and out of the hotel.

Great location. 200 meters to main gondola. Excellent amenities. All bathroom is Grohe, strongest water pressure ever! Great for rain massage after long skiing day. We loved it with with 2 kids in a living room and separate bedroom is not common in the area, mostly studios.

everything was very good; cozy place, a nice building, and an attentive host. Nothing to complain about. this place is great for a family with 2 kids.

first of all the apartment has an amazing view and is less than 100 meters from the gondola (you can also ski to the gondola), the apartment is very comfortable and warm and has a very equipped kitchen so its very easy to make food in the apartment, additionally the apartment is placed in a very good area with a supermarket next to it and a lot of ski rental shops, clubs, bars and restaurants around it. (also, there is a rental shop in the apartment building itself). the apartment building has lockers to store your ski equipment. additionally i want to point out Maria for helping us from the day we booked until the day we left, she helped us with the transport from the airport and back. in the moment we arrived to gudauri she helped us check in, and she did a little tour to show us the area and the nearby shops and restaurants, she was always available and more than happy to help with everything. 100% I would recommend.

Very good and clean apartment, has everything you need. Even got a Christmas tree to make the kids happy. The best view from the balcony. Thank you very much

“Great Location, clean and charming apartment!”

Great location, in NEO building with a view of the ski slopes and gondola. Walking distance to Shops and restaurants. We really appreciated the size of the apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 living room which was great for our family with 2 kids. It was was very clean and new. TV, Microwave, kettle, ustentils for cooking, washing machine...everything was there! Maria was very helpful and provided us with all the information necessary to have a great stay.
