“Good, but flawed”
The booking process, communication and check-in/check-out were all seamless and very quick/direct. The apartment is right at the slopes and you only need to put on your skis and ride down to the gondola/lift or if your done skiing/snowboarding you can head right down into town at night and find many restaurants and a small supermarket. The host was very accommodating and early check in and late check out were no problem, once it was clear that there are no other guests waiting.
