Clean, quiet, beautiful split level apartment with incredible feature ceilings and finished to a great standard. The host was very communicative and proactively sent recommendations of things to do and places to eat, plus how to do anything we could need in the apartment. Fun two-person bath and nice lounge area for relaxing. Good for a couple or family (less so for two couples, as the beds are not in separate rooms). Full kitchen with dishwasher and a lovely surprise from our host. Gubbio has so much history and hiking and food to offer, well worth a visit.

The house is great and we enjoy the historic look with the modern facilities. The owner was very helpful in finding us a free parking near by. This property located in close to the most the historical sites in town plus you have a supermarket Conad at 10 minute walk. We thank the owner for providing us with such special place.
