The hostess was extremely helpful and friendly. A beautifully renovated apartment in the heart of the medieval hill town of Gubbio. Forty steps up so if you have trouble with heavy luggage it may not be for you. Having said that the hostess carried my suitcase up for me which went beyond expectations.

I was enchanted by this small hotel located in a historical building, where the details of the interior decoration reflected the history of the town. The room was impeccably clean, the bed was very comfortable, the view from the window showing a very interesting historical architecture of a town. And the greatest value of this hotel is its owner Lucia, very welcoming and caring for her guests. Lucia went out of her way to help me with all my needs, she even took care of finding and booking a taxi for me to take me to another town and stayed in touch until I arrived to my destination to make sure that everything is all right. Thank you Lucia.

Great stay at Inferno di Dante, little B&B in the city center of Gubbio. The room was big and clean. Breakfast is available on a fee.

If this is hell, we don't mind going again! The huge room, l'Inferno, is tastefully designed and warm, with a beautiful view of the hill behind out of one of the windows. The big bathroom feels luxurious and has a great shower. We got upgraded to this room as a surprise from Lucia who had reached out on Whatsapp before our arrival with very helpful information on where to park. Not only that, she warned us of a carnival taking place near one of the parking places so that we could avoid it. I had the best deep sleep out of my 5 days and 3 accommodations in Italy up to this stay. The bed is just so comfortable and the room is very quiet despite overlooking the street. The room has a thermostat which permits guests to regulate the room temperature. It has a fridge too. In addition, there is a neat small common area where guests can help themselves to coffee, tea etc. Lucia recommended 2 places to eat and we went to both for dinner & lunch and loved their food - Osteria dei Re & Casciamia, next to each other. She also recommended that we visit pretty Rasiglia - what an invaluable gem she has been! Her engaging & warm personality really add value to a place which already sells itself from the photos & reviews. Lastly, its very central location close to everything can't be beaten. We love Gubbio, we love l'Inferno di Dante, we love Lucia!

Lovely place, lovely room, nice environment, everything is there you might need for a holiday, everything is clean in the room, kitchen and bathroom, the room pleasant, quiet, the air is fresh, the themperature is just perfect without using the air conditioner, the landlady is helpful, quick in answering to every question and request.
