“Cute little apartment in Gubbio’s old town”
Cute little apartment in the old town with a view over the tiled rooftops. Super communication from the owner, Lucia, and we appreciated her coming to meet us and show us to the property. We stayed only one night but it would be comfortable for a longer stay. Easy walk to the birdcage gondola - lots of fun! The town was quiet, not too many tourists. It was so quiet we weren’t sure if restaurants would be open for dinner but we found a lovely place with a garden terrace and great vibe - Ristorante alla Balestra. Gubbio is a lovely town - definitely worth a visit. Stay at this place!

Everything was great, apart from the coffee machine . Decoration very tasteful, location just perfect, nice bed. And the communication with Lucia just perfect, uncomplicated and quick. Loved it, really

Apartment located in the oldest, not busy part of Gubbio, even though public parking free of charge is close by. Charming and helpful host Lucia is a perfect guide, to give welcoming tour of the house, and beautiful small town as well as surrounding areas.

Even if our stay was brief we have enjoyed very much this accommodation. The lovely lady that owns the place has proven very flexible especially with our late arrival but also by giving us a lot of tips regarding restaurants and local entertainment. The place is situated in the heart of the marvelous city of Gubbio. It is perfect for who wants to be close to the city center, everything is at walking distance. The cosy apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with everything you might need as well as nicely decorated.
