Friendly host , spacious room plus minimally equipped kitchen. Quiet. Good location - a pleasant walk partly across a park to the historic centre. Independent entrance to the room from outside and a little patio with chairs and table .. Adequate breakfast.

The room was really big and specious- You can tell it has been recentry refurbished. Breakfast is really generous, lots of different food is served. The location of the property is a ten minutes from the city gate, and near the roman theatre.

“Comfortable two night stay. We appreciated Lucas help.”
We had a big apartment that you could easily live in for a long time. Well equiped kitchen that we cooked two meals in and magnificent breakfast. The owner Luca went out of his way to find a massage for us tired and leg sore hikers and he washed and dried our stinky hiking clothes for us. Above and beyond the call of duty in our opinion.

The host was friendly, spoke good English, and extremely helpful. The apartment had aircon which was refreshing in the Italian summer heat. The host laid on a comprehensive Italian breakfast, with great service. He was also helpful in directions around Gubbio to places we wanted to visit, and a good restaurant to eat.

My compliments, a beautiful place to stay, great accommodation, secure parking, great breakfast over the road, bear in mind it is 15 minutes walk on the level to the centre. Cannot recommend this place more highly, buona fortuna Fede!

I was upgraded to a room with a toilet, shower and terrazzo! Breakfast catered for me not liking eggs...second morning I was offered cheese instead. Rocky (my dog) was made to feel just at home as I was! I would recommend this B and B to all travellers to Gubbio... close to the town but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet in the neighbourhood...Loved the amphitheatre close by. Get the owner to show you the book he wrote!

“Great space, friendly host, beautiful hidden gem of a city!”
Lucca was very helpful and dedicated to provide a welcoming experience. The room was tidy and warm (ideal for the cold weather), and the house was well equipped with anything one might need! Parking space is plentiful and the city center is just a few steps away! The breakfast was massive, and Lucca kept restocking me with fresh pastries as well :D
