Really enjoyed my stay at the Villa 97. The room was very nice and clean and the AC worked perfectly. Everybody there was so friendly, gave me great recommendations on where and what to eat, organize a taxi to the airport and they even greeted me with a juice and a piece of carrot cake. Highly recommended!

The place is located around 5 minutes from the airport. The owner that welcomed us is really friendly and the place is clean and tidy.

We ended up staying here twice as we were in Guayaquil twice and needed to be close to the airport/bus terminal on both occasions. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very kind. The breakfast was also yummy 😊. There is a mall 5 minutes down the road with a large supermarket, food court and plenty of shops. Overall very good value

It was clean and welcoming. A short taxi ride to and from the airport. A great breakfast and two very sweet dogs. Rooms have all you need and the AC works well.

Perfectly positioned homestay. Close to the airport, bus station and huge shopping centre. Wendy, the host, and her employees are hospitable and welcoming and make you feel at home right away. And the puppies are adorable. I may have borrowed them for a cuddle in my room a few times. We have stayed there twice now, and definitely will again! Highly recommend 💛😊🫶🏽.

Great communication with Wendy. She reached out a day ahead to confirm the time of arrival and answer any questions I had. She gave clear instructions on getting to her villa. She met me at the gate. The villa was clean and very comfortable. Felt cozy. It was close to the airport as I just needed it for a layover; that kept the taxi fee low. It included breakfast which was delicious. There was water, coffee and tea available throughout my stay. It was quiet and in a safe gated community. Yet, the mall is just down the street. Wendy and her staff were all warm and friendly.

The beautiful house and the room, so clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom with hot water, aircondition, fridge and tv. The house is in a very safe area close to the airport and a two minutes walk to the great shopping center Mall del Sol.

Nice, clean room with air conditioning. Cute little outdoor area. Upstairs area for use..when you don't want to be in your room. Overall, it was an awesome place. Oh yeah, the breakfast. How DO you make your scrambled eggs so delicious? I can never get my eggs to taste that good.

Wendy and the other hosts were very friendly and made me feel right at home even though I was only staying for a single night. The room was good value for money and well presented.
