“Great stay!”
Great location, nice pool, great and helpful staff. Found out there was a gym in the basement, which was nice. The room was huge and we (fam of 5) all sleept comfortably thanks to the sofa bed.

Staff were rude and unhelpful. There was hidden tax, ontop of the agreed price, of an extra $50 USD. The shower wasn't hot and had little water flow. Aircon didn't work very well. Breakfast was terrible.

They wouldn’t cancel my reservation in the middle of a country war even I asked to cancel and refund. Also they misquoted me the taxi from the airport (they said it was $5 it charged me $6), even though it said transfer was included in the description. And then the next day I booked a taxi with them and no one showed up it was 20 min before I got another one and made me late for my flight Terrible service

Had a great stay at River Garden Hotel! The room size was good, the bed was super comfy, and everything was clean. The staff was really friendly, and the rooftop bar had a cool vibe. Breakfast was decent, and the view was a nice bonus. Would recommend! 👍
