Location and friendly and helpful staff

We stayed at this hotel twice, both before and after our trip to the Galápagos Islands, and both experiences were excellent. The hotel is quiet, offers spacious rooms, and is located in a safe and secure area with several restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop terrace with its swimming pool, hammocks, and beautiful views is the perfect place to relax. A special mention goes to Ilka, who gave us a warm welcome on both occasions. When we returned for our second stay, she recognized us immediately, which made us feel truly valued and at home. During our trip to the Galápagos Islands, we were able to leave part of our luggage safely at the hotel, which was very convenient. After checking out, we were also welcome to continue using the hotel facilities until it was time to leave for the airport. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. On both occasions, the hotel arranged our taxi to the airport. Since we had to leave very early in the morning and would miss breakfast, a takeaway breakfast was prepared and ready for us when we departed. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wow! Customer Service is at another level at this place! I have stayed in many places/many countries, and I was blown away. My mom and I stayed for a few days before heading to the Galapagos, and then 2 nights after to decompress before heading home. Alexis was on duty most of the week and went above and beyond to assist with everything we may need. My mom has dietary restrictions (gluten/dairy free). He gave recommendations for local brands of gluten-free bread to try as well as helped us to be sure breakfast had options for my mom. Breakfast was a good mix of eggs, fresh fruit and juices, pancakes, bacon/ham and coffee/tea. Rafael checked us in, and made sure everything was smooth (he was very patient while we used google translate!). Ilka was with us for our 2nd stay - and she also went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (filtered water, wine etc). And Alexis even came back on his day off to greet us and check in on how our trip went! All of these folks were just so lovely. Really made the stay special. We stayed in the 5th floor penthouse both times - floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Malecon and the river. It was beautiful! The air con was great and we had enough space that we were able to relax. We also had a washer/dryer which was fantastic as we came back from Galapagos with damp clothes. The water pressure was great! Showers were not hot, but we didnt mind as it was so incredibly hot outside. There is also a pool on the 4th floor that overlooks the river. Perfect for enjoying a beverage in the evening. They have a partnership with an airport taxi service which made traveling back and forth very safe and easy. Be sure to ask them about the shuttle service if you book! The neighborhood is safe, with lots of bars/restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend booking this place if you are planning a visit to Guayaquil. Thank you so much to everyone working there! ❤️

Breakfast was really good, fresh fruit, eggs, juice. Pool was super clean, also an extra shower on the pool floor. No problem to leave the luggage after a late check out. We would love to come back. Lady at the reception exceptionally friendly!😀

The energy of this place is amazing! The owners are so nice, and the cooking lady cooked special keto breakfasts for me every day 🥰 The location is exactly between the new waterfront and the historical center hill, everything within 5 min walk.

Location is close to the airport and walking distance to the Malecon, with some nice restaurants around the corner. The room was very spacious and breakfast is freshly prepared. Good value for money, would definitely recommend!

Lovely boutique hotel. We had a king size room and it was enormous and very comfortable with nice terrace next to terrace accessible from reception. Really lovely staff and fantastic pool area where great breakfast also served. Would definitely come back.

Location is perfect. The staff attention specially Mr İker helpness was wonderfull
