“If I could rate it a zero - I would. Entrance was grand but the rooms were disgusting.”
The rooms were disgusting! It was uncomfortable and not maintained since it was built. Stains on the ceiling - dirty grout and dirty everything. Did not represent the pictures and totally different care than the entrance and lobby.

“It was ok, but with many opportunities for improvement”
This seemed to be the only hotel option in the Guayanilla area. We visited in "winter time" and it felt like the hotel may be better taken care of during summer time. Nonetheless, there were a few positive things to highlight. The beds were large and comfortable. The kids loved the swimming pool with the waterslide, and also the arcade room. The grandpas loved the casino with the live band playing music. We didn't get to try the large "quiet" pool which was in need for a clean up, but it seemed decent and I assume in "summer time" it will be busier. Vending machine on our floor was helpful later in the evening when the bar wouldn't serve any snacks, and with fair prices.

“This was a nice hotel that was very easy to find with easy on and off access to the highway.”
The hotel was average and what I expected. The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. Onsite amenities were acceptable. There was a small casino and an inside and outside bar area. The casino regularly has events on the weekends, during my stay there was a large bingo game happening.
