The bungalows are very private. There are multiple hot spring pools on the site with a view of the Miravalles volcano, it's absolutely gorgeous and relaxing! The restaurant on site is cheap and really good, and the staff is really kind!

Beautiful location and an exceptionally welcoming owner - Carlos. You have a choice of 7 thermal pools on your doorstep, and one or two resident sloths if you take a 200 m walk. Good choice for breakfast, and dinner.

Everything: the hot spring pools- the photos do not do them justice. The food was extremely tasty. The room was perfect. Everyone there was very nice and helpful!

Great family owned resort. Close enough to the airport to settle and spend a few days. Amazing active volcano is nearby, with amazing thermal pools and views in the resort. Close to Rincon de la Vieja, to Llanos del Cortes, to Palo Verde. Great stop on the way to La Fortuna or Monteverde. Amazing, friendly, and attentive stuff. Yummy food, with included rich breakfast and reasonably priced dinner. I love this place, and I stayed twice. It's really relaxing and magical.

Super helpful and friendly people. It’s a family run hotel and that shows. Super location as well with nice hot springs and we also had one with our room that was amazing. The food and drinks are exceptional especially for the price.

Fabulous location within easy travel distance of Liberia airport. Staff friendly and very helpful. Room beautiful. Gardens fabulous. Saw toucans and iguanas.

Honestly far exceeded our expectations. Really great staff, great breakfast and restaurant dinners. The pools were very clean, the grounds were nice. Very quiet nights and then birds, frogs, toads, and iguanas for kids to find during the day. Everything was awesome and at a reasonable price too. Good location if you want to explore the various hiking from Rincon de la Vieja southeast to Rio Celeste. Felt like a resort but isn't priced like it.

The setting, the thermal pools, the rustic feel to the place. The quiet seclusion and most of all our private hot tub just off our balcony overlooking open countryside. The bungalow was also spotlessly clean The staff was friendly and helpful. American breakfast was very good and great coffee I had been missing.

The staff of the hotel was really nice (especially Carlos) and helpful. Food in the restaurant is very tasty, there is beautiful view on the volcano. Good localisation also. I really recommend this hotel.

I would highly recommend staying in these bungalows. We had one that had a private pool off the back deck. It was so nice to end and start our day in the private hot spring right outside our door! The staff are very attentive, printed off an activity sheet for us with things to do in the area and the food in the restaurant was good. We saw tucans, parrots and capybara on the grounds while we were in the hot springs.

“True Cost Rican family resort to visit”

So glad we went there! To us this was true Costa Rica. It is run by the friendliest and warmest family you will meet in CR. Also rhe bungalow is basic but has it all, next to that the many many hot spring pools are amazing (including fhd views) with a lot of wildlife around and finally fhe food and restaurant is authentic and great too. If you want a true Costa Rica experience, this is fhe one to book!

“Great spot for a family vacation.”

This was a family run business. Everyone was very helpful, and kind. This is close to a volcano where we went hiking after taking a tractor ride and enjoyed mud baths and mineral baths and a steam room.
