I truly had an amazing time there. The cabanas are so nice and the facilities are well maintained. The place has a volunteer program and all of them are super attentive and it’s a great community. Would go there again 100%

Breakie was delicious, many wonderful options. The volunteers were very helpful and enjoyed the different activities, like pizza, burger night, bonfire on the beach.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, very chill vibes. 30 mins walk from the center along the beach which is beautiful. The living room area is very calming with hammocks and hang out spots, ideal for yoga, meditation, reading, and just pure relaxing. Special call out to the amazing staff who are kind and feel like a family.

This place is truly unique — set right on the beach, surrounded by nature, with absolute tranquility guaranteed. The atmosphere is wonderful, full of warmth and positive energy, and smiles come naturally here. Alex and his entire team made us feel genuinely at home. Their treatment was friendly, attentive, and human, while still being highly professional. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance. The room was exactly what we were looking for. The bed was very comfortable, clean, and perfectly sized — cozy and inviting. The shaded palapa right by the sea is more than enough to relax and enjoy the view; you can feel and see the ocean so close that it feels like a real privilege. It’s slightly removed from the town, but that actually makes it even more special. The walk along the beach is beautiful and peaceful, and you can also reach town easily by local transport. That little distance adds to the charm. I couldn’t recommend this place more. The beach is stunning and wonderfully quiet — if there is such a thing as an unspoiled paradise, this is definitely one of them. ABRAZOS ELENA Y FERNANDO

Pora is pretty much heaven on earth! The third day when we came back after a good surf the kids shouted: we are home! That's how feels, what a place. We had two tipi's, one for the kids and one for us. The breakfast was amazing, the communal kitchen the best on the island (we tried a couple ;)) and the sunset cocktails the best (again, we tried a couple ;)).Steffi and Alex feel like family just like the great volunteers. I have this gut feeling this stay will be a key memory for our family, what a gift!

Its location a bit further from town was really peaceful and you get a really nice bit of the beach if you need some quite reflective time this is the perfect place. It also had a nice communal vibe but also easy to have time alone also. They helped me book bioluminescence tour that was one of the most amazing things I’ve seen in my life The staff and volunteers were very friendly welcoming and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

The perfect place! Super quiet beach, the bar right at it, hammocks, great breakfast, bis kitchen with everything you need, clean bathrooms with spacious showers, comfortable mattress, even hangers in the tipi, friendly staff. Can't recommend it highly enough.
