Restaurant - food preparation was slow, poor presentation on plate, bacon to 'greasy' to eat, hash brown poorly prepared. More that 30 min wait. Service was good.

“One night stay at Tikal Futura”

We ended up staying here because our originally booked accommodation was cancelled at the last minute. Fortunately, we were able to stay here and had a very good experience. The rooms were very large, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was good. There is a large pool, mainly used by families with children, so we didn’t use it ourselves. However, the gym area was spacious, modern, and well equipped. Stay was very friendly. Overall, we had a good and comfortable stay.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The elevators coordinated well, no long waiting times. Excellent breakfast and the pool is open from early morning til the evening, giving time to everybody to enjoy. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful.
