“Nice room but difficult check-in and entry of room”
I had an argument with the receptionist because I had to give him some kind of code in order to get my keys. But I didn't know what he meant. So, after 10min, with help of another person, I finally understood that I the host should have given me a code so that the receptionist could link my reservation with the correct host. My host should have given me this information beforehand, together with a detailed explanation what I should do once I arrive.
