“Perfect for a short stay near the rock”
Lovely apartment with great views. Has everything you need for a short stay. 15 minute walk to the rock. Short tuc tuc ride into town. Julio was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend.

“Quiet, relaxing and excellent property. Hidden gem! Thank you”
Quiet location, away from other tourists, access to the lake. Fridge/freezer and cooking facilities to make own food. Owner was attentive and helped with anything we needed. He spoke English and very helpful and friendly! Approx 5km walk to centre or 10 mins in tuk tuk. Owner very helpful and arranged this for us.

“Lovely studio with views of the hills and the lake”
Julio ist a very friendly and attentive host. He helped us with everything we needed and responded each of our questions very quickly! The apartment ist beautiful and perfectly located. It lies in a quiet area with nice views of the lake and the surrounding hills. La Piedra and the road can be reached by foot, and Guatapé is only 15 minutes in motochiva away (which Julio will happily arrange for you!). The apartment is clean and spacious and contains everything you need. One day we rented a kayak from the host and can definitely recommend it!

What a nice, nice place! We thought we could regnete not to stay in guatape, however we were so wrong. Haven’t had so nice hosts in a while. Super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was equipped with everything. Amazing location. You feel like being in a jungle and it’s minutes away from the entry of the rock. I can just recommend this amazing host and property!!

It’s really quiet and a short walk to the rock. The family who own the apartment were all wonderful and we would love to return if we visit Guatepe again.

“Strategic hub to explore Guatape. Great view on El Peñon”
Location as advertised. Our Host Julio was quick to respond to any request we had. Nice view on the lake from windows, el Peñon is just in front of you as you cross the door. Quiet evenings, we slept here on a Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. These are 3 apartments, we were lucky to be alone 2 out of 3 nights. Good parking options for your vehicle. Close to el Peñon rock and Guatape town. Also, good location from where to explore neighbouring towns: we went twice to San Rafael waterfalls! Kitchen was well equipped. Hot shower. We felt very secure at all times. Would come back. Can definitely recommend it.
