“Nice place, but...”
Very late information about the stay. Sent several emails weeks before the stay where I asked for more information. No reply until 3 days before check-in. I did not even have other info than the address when I got to the place, no apartment number, info on how to get through the security at the place. They wrote me on WhatsApp that they had tried to call me, but I never received any calls. I got a screenshot of the information they said was sent to me, but that was sent to a wrong number. The number had another countrycode than I have, and the apartment I got information about was not the one I ended up staying in. The apartment was OK, but far too much hassle before getting it.

“Not as expected”
Honestly, we thought the facilities were not good. Bed sheets didn’t seem fresh. Cutlery, dishes, grill and cups were not clean.

It's close enough to the airport. It's got a balcony that looks over some nice trees. The host is extremely responsive. She had some wine available in an honesty bar :)

“Felt a bit like a prison”
the main thing to like about the property are the pictures - in essence how the place should be in theory. Unfortunately the reality is much different. Did enjoy the view from the balcony with airplanes landing every couple of minutes.

They did not accept payment with international credit cards, only Brazilian ones. They shouldn’t promote the property on Booking.com if they can’t accommodate for international visitors. Communication only in Portuguese.
