The host Carmela was very helpful and knowledgeable about the town and area. When the weather turned bad and caused flooding in Termoli, she texted us to see if we were alright.

An incredible place — it exceeded all our expectations! Unfortunately, we stayed for only one night, and that was a big mistake. The town itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views in every direction. The hotel is excellent: very cozy rooms with fresh renovations and comfortable beds. And the view from the window is simply amazing! A special mention goes to the breakfast — it was absolutely outstanding. The hostess bakes the bread and croissants herself, which makes it truly special. We visited in winter, so breakfast was served in a beautifully Christmas-decorated room with a fireplace, which felt incredibly cozy. In warmer months, breakfast is served on the terrace with a gorgeous mountain view. Thank you very much for your wonderful work and hospitality❤️

We loved everything. A great place to stay and relax. The room was very clean, tidy, cozy and a great bed in which we slept the best. Breakfast was royal. The view from the terrace is fabulous. “A beautiful historic property in a surprising location.”

This property was quite a surprise. You enter through a door in an historic little square and it opens up into a roomy beautiful property. It's in the center of a small town ( one of the nicest towns we visited in the area ) and we were amazed how they had fitted a small swimming pool and covered terrace with panoramic views into that raised location. Breakfast on the terrace was delightful, plenty of choice of good quality food. Our host was very helpful and friendly. In the early evening the people of the town come out into the streets and to the local bars. Very sociable.

Breakfast was tasty and varied, the hosts were very friendly and helpful, we could communicate in English. The air conditioning was very good. The room and the whole house is full of stylish pictures which show good artistic taste of the hosts.
