The staff were not so friendly which is unusual in PR. The hotel wants to charge you for everything, there is a coffee machine in the room but you must pay for the coffee, there is a plastic ice container but you must pay for the ice. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere but they want you to use a wrist band to show you are a guest. The whole time we were there we felt uncomfortable.

“Fabulous place to stay!”
This parador is gorgeous and well-managed. When I accidentally made two reservations, the manager proactively called me up to verify whether that was what I meant to do. She also helped me to cancel the superfluous reservation with Booking.com. Also, I got a great last-minute rate!

perfect localisation for us ( close to naturel forest in lowland and mountain) nice people in the hotel food available we arrive during the night ( 2.00 am) and someone was wating us! Thank you!

The pool is nice. The place is really nice and have a great view of the bay. I took a continental breakfast, and it was like US$10.
