Shuttle service to Canton Fair which was our reason for visiting Guangzhou. Our priority was taken care of that’s the most important part. Besides that it was near to a river side providing a great morning evening scenic view experience.

Excellent location for shopping, easy to get around the city. The room had a beautiful view of the river, the apartment had all the amenities for comfortable stay

Reception staff very helpful and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with my package delivery query. Located very near to the subway and a mini supermarket.

Near many amenities

I don't usually like posting negative reviews but I'd like this to serve as a warning for future guests. -Staff attitude is the worst I've ever encountered. No hi or hello, just a blank stare when you approach the counter lol. They seem to be annoyed at everything you ask them / talk to them about, not even hiding the annoyance in their faces and would talk among themselves (especially the girls at the reception, there was one guy who was a little better and nicer). Yes, speaking English might be a barrier for them but treatment doesn't change even when we made the effort to use the translator app. Room and facilities are not very clean either. -We used the laundry machine in the room and it started leaking funky smelling liquid, we had reported this to them and, again, they were annoyed that we used it and they had to clean even when there was no note or caution that the machine leaks and should not be used. Which is again a bit frustrating cause we paid for this feature. -They only gave us one set of key card, to unlock the door and use in the slot to turn the power on. The issue is, when we leave the apartment and take the key with us, everything turns off, even the FRIDGE! So yes, you can't even leave food in the fridge cause it turns off when you leave the room. -There is meant to be a shuttle that takes you to Canton fair and back, since not many guests signed up, they didn't have a shuttle instead offered to call a cab/Didi which is great, but the issue is after the fair when thousand of people are waiting for a cab and you end up waiting there for hours. We chose to book with them due to the convenience of having the shuttle service but that didn't end up being the case.
