“A bad experience on the check in process”
Nothing much except that there is a mall which can be accessible by level 5 of the hotel ( but this mall nothing to shop except for some dining choice)

It was an amazing stay, price was higher due to it being the Canton Fair time in April. I recommend this place, comfy beds, clean rooms, lamazimg choices at breakfast and service was so good. Will return to this place when I am in area.

“Cosy and comfortable stay with a beautiful view”
My room had an amazing view of the Canton Tower, the staff was very helpful, the housekeeping staff was very kind, and the breakfast was diverse and tasty. There are two malls and a couple of convenience stores nearby.
