The 2 bedroom apartment is excellent, convenient for 3 or 4 person also. Free shuttle services provided during canton fair duration which is a plus considering the distance to canton complex. Daily cleaning setvie provided. Overall the experience was good. Also near to subway and you can travel through subway anywhere you want.

Airport Pick up was superb. The driver and the receptionist were courteous and welcoming. There is a fixed breakfast and one can add the quantity with Y15. The location is far from the center shopping street but you have metro just 6 minutes walk Line No. 6 that takes about 40mitues to the shopping area and canton tower.

The breakfast was good. There was a selection of hot and cold options available as well as takeaway if needed. The apartment was cleaned daily, and towels were replaced. Staff were also very accommodating and helpful. They also provided free airport pick-up and shuttle to and from the canton fair.

I like that the staff are helpful, kind. The rooms are clean, there is a kitchen and laundry area. Lots of shops around to get food.

The staff were truly exceptional, the best I’ve ever encountered. They were incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay, assisting me with everything I needed. They provided great tips on where to visit, how to order food, and how to use applications like WeChat, which made my experience so much smoother. Overall, their friendliness and willingness to help truly made my stay unforgettable. As for the property itself, it’s fantastic! The staff and drivers hospitality was superb, often going out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Location is not the nearest to city but is within a nice estate with good food and a big supermarket nearby. If you engage their driver service (rate is a bit higher but it give you a lot of ease in a new environment), possibility of disappointment is low.

Rooms include flat-screen TVs, freige, washing machine, coffeemaker, with  free wifi and daily cleaning service For those interested in shopping it's a 45-minutes drive to shopping paradise with lots of malls

The complimentary airport pick-up and the free bus to some destinations are cool. The staff, though not good in English, manages to communicate through phone translation services. They are helpful and kind. Bottled water is provided daily; should you need more, you can ask. The washing machine in the apartment is useful; you get to have clean clothes every day. It has many restaurants nearby. There's a local convenience store nearby and many restaurants and fast-food shops. KFC, Starbucks, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, a mall, and a park with a children's playground are also very nearby. Xiangxue Metro (subway) station (Line 6) is about 5~8 minutes' walk.

I loved that the hotel arranged for me to be picked up from the airport and the driver and the hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The apartments was beautifu. The internet was great, high speed compared to other places I stayed in Guangzhou

Great people. Location was a bit far out but the the pick up service did help with that.
