“Hotel Management is not supportive, very unprofessional attitude and response.”
We requested them that we have one day earlier flight and we need to check out one day earlier but they clearly refused to return one day amount and the hotel management clearly said that they can not allow us to checkout one day early and if we will checkout early then they will not return our one day room rent. As our flight was decided to we checked out one day before without any refund.
